Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek

Nice large sized suite room, good decor and amenities. Very clean and comfortable bedding. The towels, bathrobe and slippers are also very comfy and of high quality. The welcome fruits are nice. Front desk and concierge staff are professional and courteous. The location of the hotel is convenient, within walking distance to CBD and newer part of town.

What an excellent hotel. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would recommend the hotel for business travel. The property is quiet and well appointed, with friendly and knowledgeable staff. One point of note is that there is a local car service available, but I wasn’t aware of this until I checked out. This would have been a nice thing to know about at check in.

Hands down, one of the best places I've ever booked for a vacation! This is our second stay at Rosewood and it was just as good as the first time. From arrival to departure, everything was incredible. Checking was a breeze, and the employees helping us was pleasant. Though we only stayed for 3 nights, we will definitely be back. Not the Marriott standard I am used to. Thanks for sharing your little piece of paradise with us.

The fitness center was well-equipped and maintained, allowing me to continue my workout routine even while traveling. However, the one aspect that fell short of my expectations was the room. While it was clean and adequately furnished, it lacked the same level of luxury and attention to detail that I experienced throughout the rest of the hotel. The room felt slightly outdated and could benefit from some modernization and refurbishment. Despite this minor setback, the exceptional service provided by the staff more than made up for it. They were attentive, accommodating, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. The concierge was particularly helpful in providing recommendations and arranging transportation for me. Overall, my experience at the Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek was memorable and enjoyable. The beautiful property, exceptional dining options, and top-notch amenities make it a wonderful choice for a luxurious getaway. While the room may not have met my expectations, the outstanding service provided by the staff more than made up for it.
